Brownies have always been something that we all crave for. They come in all shapes and sizes and people believe that they are hard to make. To be honest, I have never tried to make the normal brownie full of sugar and flour and probably I won’t ever try. I am not a fan of stuff that would harm your body in any way, especially when I can make a healthier version of the meal. By coming up with a better way to cook something, I am satisfying both my cravings and nourishing my body.

Contrary to popular belief, brownies are one of the easiest things to make. This one contains only stuff that you blend ones, bake and then you have them warm and ready to go.

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190C.
- Make the brownie mixture directly in the blender.
- Mix all the ingredients together without the chocolate chips.
- When you have reached smoothness, add the diced chocolate.
- Spray your preferred pan before putting the mixture.
- Pour the brownie and spread out so the entire bottom is covered.
- Now put the pan in the oven and cook until you have decided it has reached the right texture. It took me around 30-40 minutes.
- To check if the brownies are done- dip a fork into the middle of the pan and if it comes out clean, they are perfectly fine and ready to be eaten!
